This Nia movement party is definitely a DON'T MISS event! A collection of local, talented Nia instructors take turns leading songs from various decades, giving you the chance to enjoy a spectrum of unique teaching styles.  All proceeds will be donated to a local charity.  This is a great way to introduce family and friends to Nia ~ movement that nurtures, heals and energises the Body, Mind and Spirit!  A $15 donation is suggested and no registration is required.
